Hey, if you're off to 'Nam, keep an eye out for the fried grasshoppers/spiders they sell. The ladies selling them generally have a bucket of live spiders with them, so you can see they're fresh...they don't taste of much other than the oil they're fried in though, there's not much eating on a grasshopper!
