I'm in the uk right now, so this blog has been on hold for a while. Back in September. In the meantime here are some photos of a restaurant menu in Beijing. I don't think any comments are really needed.

How do you end up choosing what to eat? Magic 8 ball? Or do you have a more proficiant translator that you trust not to leave you with a plate full of fragrant fatty intestine in jar?

We get canola oil from rapeseed. It's actually the proper English name, believe it or not.
